3. Orders and Delivery Windows
We structure our logistics around dedicated morning and evening delivery windows to ensure peak freshness.
Customer Responsibility: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and delivery information for all orders.
Fulfillment limitations: Deliveries are fulfilled within Yerevan. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any geographic region or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis. We are not liable for transit delays that occur outside of our direct operational control.
4. Glass Bottle Return Initiative
As part of our standard operations, we facilitate a glass bottle return program.
Condition of Returns: Customers returning glass bottles must ensure they are fully emptied and reasonably rinsed prior to collection.
Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse returned bottles if they are damaged, heavily soiled, or otherwise unfit for our sanitation and reuse cycle.
